The Jacob's Stories / Metronomes split EP is available exclusively online at the moment, preceding a full release towards the end of the summer.

The band formally known as Stapleton (name change pending) are in Baltimore, Maryland and should finish recording their next album today. Legend and all-round nice guy J. Robbins is producing. For the trainspotters among you, J. is best known as vocalist / guitarist with Jawbox and Burning Airlines and as producer of albums by Promise Ring, Texas Is The Reason, Braid and Dismemberment Plan to name a few. We've had three mixes back so far and they're fantastic. Exciting stuff!

We finally have finished tracks for the debut single by Kill Kill Disconnect. Just artwork and a biog to go, then we can finally think about getting the bugger pressed.

The tracks for the new Dave House EP are tantalisingly close to being ready for mastering. The Dave House Band version of You Are On My Frequency is reason enough to be excited about this release; but there's also the life-changingly wonderful cover of Strawberry Switchblade's Since Yesterday, featuring a guest appearance from Jenny Owen Youngs.

We now have a digital distribution partner (!) in the shape of KarmaDownload, where you can buy downloads of pretty much every track released on GDIP.

Lots of other things in the offing, but the details aren't confirmed at the moment so we'll save them for next time.
