 | Set Your Goals rolled into town last week and are trekking round the UK with The Steal, culminating in the end of tour shenanigans at The Peel, Kingston on Monday 26th. The limited edition SYG / Steal split 10" is available on tour and also by mail order right now.

(The Steal) is a call to arms from the depths of DIY culture, an effortlessly exhausting reminder that melodic hardcore is still alive and thriving and that life is better when you try to remain 99 per cent positive. 8/10

The August issue of Rock Sound will feature a Jacobs Stories track on the covermount CD, plus an interview with Stuart and an interview with The Steal.
It being summer and everything, festival action is afoot. There are Gravity bands appearing at Truck, Boardmasters in Newquay, Bulldog Bash, Wasted, Out Of Spite and Reading / Leeds - check the Tour page for details. Coming up next month, news of some forthcoming releases. The Pylon album is currently being mastered and is due out in August. Duff Muffin are due to start recording next month, and Tellison should be recording in August. Doubtless there'll be other new stuff to mention by the time we get to next month's update.
